Every Match.
Every Angle.
REPLAY installs and operates the system at no upfront cost. Players can add replay when booking or unlock their match afterwards. The venue earns from every purchase and never pays a monthly platform fee.
The target workflow lets groups add replay while booking or unlock an unexpectedly memorable match afterwards.
Real product footage.
This component is intentionally hidden until genuine football demonstration footage is available. When enabled, it is reserved for real synchronized camera views, the broadcast view, tracking demonstration and the player unlock journey.
Venue infrastructure. Player-funded replay.
REPLAY is designed to remove the equipment burden from the venue while creating a new paid add-on around bookings that are already taking place.
REPLAY-funded camera system
REPLAY supplies and installs the venue capture equipment at £0 upfront under the founding pilot.
Current pilot offerMulti-camera recording
The system is being developed around synchronized fixed-camera capture, with the pilot used to validate reliable venue operation and turnaround.
Being testedSimple group replay access
The target workflow lets players add replay during booking or unlock the match afterwards, with one purchase covering the group.
Target workflowOne group purchase. Two buying moments.
The lower booking price rewards players who decide in advance. The higher post-match price captures the emotional moment when a group realises the game was worth keeping.
Add replay while booking
approximately £1.50 each for a 10-player group.
The game is captured
The venue-side system records the scheduled session with the configured camera setup.
Unlock a memorable match
approximately £2 each for a 10-player group.
Share access
One purchase gives the full group access, rather than asking every individual player to buy separately.
More distinctive. No fixed REPLAY fee.
The pilot measures whether real players buy and share replay. REPLAY does not guarantee higher bookings or revenue; it gives the venue a low-risk way to find out.
Turn ordinary pitch hire into a more premium experience.
Players can relive goals, saves and disputed moments. Shareable clips can create organic promotion for the venue, while a recorded experience makes the booking harder to compare on price alone and may encourage players to return.
Discuss a founding pilot →Model the venue upside conservatively.
The working baseline uses 300 monthly matches across three pitches and a 10% replay purchase rate. Adjust the sliders to match your own venue; the founding pilot replaces planning assumptions with real conversion data.
Why pilot first? A conversion assumption is only a model. The 8–12 week founding pilot measures actual replay uptake, pre-booking vs post-match purchasing, operational turnaround and system performance at the venue.
Free to the venue. Shared upside.
Net replay sales means player payments after VAT, refunds and payment-processing charges. General REPLAY staffing, cloud or maintenance costs are not deducted before calculating the venue share.

Questions operators will ask.
Where a privacy, safeguarding or operational detail depends on the venue, it is agreed before installation rather than guessed on this site.
How much does installation cost?
£0 under the founding pilot and the standard REPLAY-funded model described here. REPLAY retains ownership of the equipment.
Does the venue pay a monthly fee?
No. The current REPLAY-funded model has no monthly platform fee for the venue.
How does the venue make money?
During the founding pilot, the venue receives 35% of net replay sales attributed to its venue. Under the standard REPLAY-funded model, the venue receives 30%.
Who installs and maintains the equipment?
REPLAY supplies, installs and operates the equipment and handles normal system monitoring, software, processing, support and maintenance within the agreed pilot scope.
How much involvement is required from venue staff?
The target is minimal staff involvement. The exact scheduling, booking-reference and customer communication workflow is agreed with each venue before go-live.
How soon is footage available after a match?
Turnaround depends on the final upload and processing workflow. The pilot measures real processing time; REPLAY does not promise instant availability before that has been validated.
What internet connection is required?
A stable wired connection is preferred. Local recording is designed to avoid making live capture dependent on continuous internet access. Final bandwidth requirements are confirmed after a site survey.
What happens if a camera fails?
The pilot includes system monitoring and normal technical support. The fault-response process, equipment access and any service targets are agreed with the venue before installation.
Who owns the camera equipment?
REPLAY retains ownership under the REPLAY-funded model.
Who can access a recording?
The intended model is controlled access for the relevant match group. The final authentication and sharing rules are confirmed before a venue goes live.
How long is footage retained?
A retention schedule will be agreed with each venue before installation and reflected in player-facing information. This site does not set a universal retention period before that policy is finalised.
Can a player request deletion?
The operational deletion-request process will be defined before launch and referenced in the privacy information shown to players.
Is audio recorded?
The installation specification will explicitly state whether audio is captured. Audio will not be enabled silently; any use would require clear venue agreement and player-facing notice.
How is player consent handled?
Recording notices, booking communications and the appropriate lawful basis will be agreed with the venue before installation. REPLAY will not claim a one-size-fits-all consent approach before that assessment is complete.
How are junior matches and safeguarding handled?
Junior use requires separate safeguarding and privacy arrangements agreed with the venue. REPLAY should not enable junior recording until those arrangements are in place.
Can REPLAY connect to an existing booking system?
Booking-system integration is a planned capability, not a requirement for the founding pilot. Early pilots can use a simpler scheduling workflow while integration options are assessed.
What happens after the pilot?
REPLAY and the venue review real purchase rate, revenue, technical performance and operational effort. A longer commercial agreement is discussed only if the pilot demonstrates sufficient demand.
Can the equipment be removed if the pilot is unsuccessful?
Yes. If the founding pilot does not demonstrate sufficient demand, the system can be removed at REPLAY's cost.

8–12 weeks. £0 installation. £0 monthly fee.
REPLAY supplies, installs and operates the equipment. The pilot measures real player demand, purchase behaviour and operational performance before any longer-term agreement is discussed.
